These bags are designed to build early STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) skills and consist of books, lesson plans and educational toys. The Preschool (ages 3-5) and Toddler (ages 2-3) bags come with detailed lesson plans that include educational toys that go with the theme and have a list of items that you may need to provide at home. The lesson plans start with a basic introduction to the concept and then build on the concept with activities that are designed to increase their knowledge. A list of vocabulary words and open-ended questions are included in each lesson plan. The bags were created as a jumping off point to explore different STEM concepts. Have fun adapting the lessons to fit where your child is developmentally.
